About Shiatsu

Shiatsu is an ancient Japanese art that gently restores the flow of energy through the body, mind, and spirit. It was first made popular and recognized in Japan by Tokujiro Namikoshi, and later shared with Europe by visionaries like Shizuto Masunaga.

Traditionally, it is practiced on a soft futon, in a serene and silent space, where every touch becomes a conversation with your body.
Shiatsu can be given to anyone, at any age, awakening a sense of harmony and well-being.

This subtle balancing works on an invisible, ethereal level.
It can ease chronic ailments, quiet a restless mind, bring balance to your work and life, and calm the storms of stress.

Guided by the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shiatsu uses gentle pressure along meridians, embraces acupuncture points, and flows through rotations and holds, unlocking energy where it is stuck.

About Me

I’m a mom, a student of the healing arts, and a guide into the subtle world of energy, balance, and self-discovery. 

My journey began in my teenage years when I struggled with asthma—and found relief and healing through energy work. That experience opened a path that has become my passion: helping others reconnect with their own natural flow of energy and inner harmony.

Through Shiatsu, Reiki, and intuitive energy practices, I support people in discovering gentle shifts in body, mind, and spirit.
Sometimes it’s a quiet realignment during a session; sometimes it sparks deeper transformations, like a client confronting ancestral patterns and stepping into honesty about her life, or another finding relief from long, irregular menstrual cycles.

I combine hands-on techniques with practical health insights, biohacks, and intuitive guidance, always focusing on solutions rather than temporary fixes.

My mission is simple: to help people cultivate self-love, inner balance, and clarity—one person at a time—so they can move through life with more ease, presence, and compassion.

FAQ

Is Shiatsu safe for everyone?

Yes. Shiatsu is suitable for people of all ages, from children to seniors. It is gentle and non-invasive, but please inform me of any medical conditions before your session.

Do I need to undress for Shiatsu?

No need to undress—Shiatsu is practiced over comfortable clothing. Loose, stretchy clothes are best.
Nevertheless, taking off your jewelry before the session is useful, as it can get on the way during the treatment.

Do I need to bring something to the session?

Yes: Bring fresh socks and comfortable clothes (long pants and a T-Shirt or a long sleeved shirt).
